In an authentic Provencal farmhouse, surrounded by an estate covering some 7,500 m², the Bistr’AU invites you to discover Bistronomy updated by Jérôme Nutile, a stone's throw from the centre of Nîmes.

Far removed from the common clichés of a bistro, the Bistr’AU offers a welcoming ambience with touches of bright colours which set the rhythm for the atmosphere.

Simple and delicious cuisine

At the "Bistr'AU", the dishes play the card of "gourmet simplicity".

Simplicity which can already be seen in its name: bistro is adapted with an inventive form of spelling, which places the letters "AU" at the end of the word, the initials of his children's names.

Devoted to good quality produce, the kitchen team prepares fresh market produce and enhances them with their skills. Every day, three starters, two main courses (one meat dish and one fish dish) and three desserts are served in order to ensure ever more pleasure for guests.

And, in for even greater harmony between the ingredients and the dishes, a very attractive wine list is also available.
