The Chef is now embarking on a new gastronomic adventure.

"I want this place, devoted to haute cuisine, to be modern, bright and, above all, welcoming. I want people to feel like guests, at ease, prepared to enjoy a taste experience in an atmosphere where the stone brings a discreet and delicate touch. Because, above all, cooking is all about sharing and I want to please my guests! The service will be attentive without being invasive, and the atmosphere will be elegant, without being oppressive, because as Alain Ducasse says "It doesn't matter if you use the wrong cutlery!"." The Chef has just opened his gastronomic restaurant. There, he serves "haute couture" cuisine which gives full expression to his signature.

This modern and bright establishment is devoted to haute cuisine. Enjoy a new culinary experience and take advantage of the friendly atmosphere.

In order to enhance the wonderful produce, the dining room is decorated in a rather astonishing style. You will find a "Cheese Cellar" at the centre of the restaurant, a genuine maturing room where products are kept at the correct temperature and humidity.

In the staircase of the Mas de Boudan's tower, a "Wine Cellar" can also be found.

Rewarded with the title of Best Craftsman of France 2011, the Chef Jérôme Nutile serves dishes with a strong identity. This "haute couture" gastronomy aims to be both contemporary and delicious.
