The Chef has just opened his gastronomic restaurant. There, he serves "haute couture" cuisine which gives full expression to his signature.
This modern and bright establishment is devoted to haute cuisine. Enjoy a new culinary experience and take advantage of the friendly atmosphere.
In order to enhance the wonderful produce, the dining room is decorated in a rather astonishing style. You will find a "Cheese Cellar" at the centre of the restaurant, a genuine maturing room where products are kept at the correct temperature and humidity.
In the staircase of the Mas de Boudan's tower, a "Wine Cellar" can also be found.

Rewarded with the title of Best Craftsman of France 2011, the Chef Jérôme Nutile serves dishes with a strong identity. This "haute couture" gastronomy aims to be both contemporary and delicious.
His various experiences at many leading restaurants have equipped him with great precision and the ability to enhance each dish.

Closed for annual vacations from 09th February at dinner 2020 until 26th February 2020 included.
Starting from October 14th 2019 in order to guarantee your table reservation, a credit card number is required.
In case of cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance or in case of no presentation, we inform you that an amount of 80.00Eur per guest will be drawn on this credit card.
Indeed, our restaurant has an eco-frendly approach, and we want to fight food waste due to last minute no presentations.
Also, our restaurant is regularly full booked. To prevent no presentation cases and last-minute cancellations, we want to improve our reservations system to a trustworthy procedure, so we can welcome every guest in the best conditions.
By respect for the other guests, and for the general elegance of our restaurant, a correct outfit is required. However tie and suit are not mandatory. Trousers and closed shoes for the gentlemen. Sportswear and beachwear are not allowed.
