Our team is daily commited in the sustainable development.
To mesure our efforts, we wanted a labeling process. The Green Food label allows us to quantify what we do and to have an exchange with specialits in this field to keep progressing.
This label testifies that we already have results on several points:
- Using local and organic products for our plates
- Sorting of wastes
- Using ecological products and methods in cleaning up
- Just-in-time invotenry management
- Reductions on energy uses
- Proposing « doggy bags » for our guests to take their leftovers to go
- Proposing a vegetarian menu
