I now have the pleasure of introducing you to Les Pigeons de PORNIC (44) from the BOURREAU Family.
Another beautiful family story founded by Gilles BOURREAU, whose continuity is now brilliantly assured by Marie-Samuelle BOURREAU-CASSARD.
They have an exceptional breeding between land and sea, with a mild climate and an iodized air inherent to the place.
If I want to honor local craftsmen, I gladly bring my pigeons from Loire-Atlantique to have the pleasure of working the pigeons of Marie-Samuelle.
Raised in open aviaries, the combination of the oceanic climate, the know-how and the good care provided by passionate professionals, make them products of very high quality.
The seriousness of their work from egg to delivery and their regularity are guarantees of reliability that are invaluable for a chef. Despite the distance, we have a human relationship that goes beyond the commercial relationship.

You can of course find the pigeon at the table of the Gastronomic Restaurant, but know that Marie-Samuelle has also started making gourmet jars! This will allow you to find at home a product that we do not often cook at home.
